When nearly 20 delegations were scheduled to meet visiting Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh, State’s principal opposition Peoples Democratic Party were not scheduled to meet, neither they sought an appointment.
“We were not scheduled to meet him,” said PDP chief Spokesman Naeem Akhtar adding “We neither sought appointment.
Launch of postal stamp was the only function where PDP had its representation.
“We were invited to one function and we attended that,” said Akhtar.
While rejecting the reports of boycott, Akhtar said that there is nothing like that and termed it as normal.
“Mufti sahib recently meant Prime Minister, this is routine,” he said.
