SRINAGAR: Police on Wednesday said the property of four absconding militants currently residing in Pakistan has been attached in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
A police spokesman in a statement said, “On 5th and 6th of Dec 2023, in pursuance of Government Order number 12/DM/GBL, in a case under FIR number 120/2009 2/3 E&IMCO of PS Ganderbal, immovable property of four absconders who exfiltrated to PoK/ PAK was attached.
“On 5th of December 2023 property of Lateef Khan @Sajad S/O Kishwar Khan R/O Gutlibagh (Land measuring 13 Marlas), Mohammad Hussain Shah S/O Aitibar Shah R/O Wayil Gutlibagh (land measuring 03 Kanals, 14 Marlas) and Wali- ullah S/O Mohammad Abdullah Khan R/O Gutlibagh (Land measuring 13 Kanals) was attached,” the spokesman said.
All the four absconders have exfiltrated to the other side of the LoC for obtaining illegal arms ammunition training, police said—(KNO)
