SRINAGAR

At least four CRPF and police men were injured when angry protesters pelted stones on a security bunker in Tral on Thursday.

The trouble started in the town when rumor about the death of a militant spread in the town.

Sources said that a shutdown was observed in the town after protesters came on roads raising anti-India slogans.

Pertinently, Police had yesterday claimed that an AK-47 rifle of the alleged militant was recovered from the spot of firing and a militant, had run away with his injured associate from the spot.

Amidst shutdown, protesters attacked a banker and pelted stones on it from every side near the local bus stand injuring at least four police and CRPF men.
