SRINAGAR: A causal labourer, who along with a forester was shot at by militants, succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday, officials said.
An official said that a casual labourer identified as Imran Yousuf Wani of Charar-e-Sharief succumbed to his injuries at SMHS hospital.
Imran had a bullet injury in the thigh and was undergoing treatment at SMHS hospital, police earlier said in a statement.
Police had said that the deceased and a forester identified as Jahangir Ahmad Chechi from Chadoora were fired upon by militants at Bangender bridge in Pulwama. (KNO)
