Government on Monday relieved the Secretary Raj Kumar Goyal, IAS (JK:1990) to the Jammu and Kashmir government and appointed him as Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor, Ministry of External Affairs, government of India.
“Upon his appointment as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, Raj Kumar Goyal, IAS (JlC1990) is hereby relieved today on April 15 2019 (A.N.) to join his new place of posting,” a Government Order No.4754AD of 2019 issued by General administration department reads.
