SRINAGAR: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCF) announces recruitment for the posts of Management Trainees in various departments. The total number of vacancies is more than 25. Engineering graduates, law graduates, postgraduates, and MBA holders are eligible for the posts.
The maximum age limit for graduates is 25 years, and for postgraduates, it is 29 years. The specified age limit is for the UR category only. Candidates belonging to other categories are advised to go through the official notification of RCF. Candidates need to apply online through the official website of RCF.
Computer-Based Test (CBT) and a personal interview are the two steps involved in the selection process. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs 40,000 to Rs 140,000.
Candidates belonging to General, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 700, whereas SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female category are exempted from paying any application fee.
