An Islamic seminary was gutted in a fire incident on Thursday in Khachir Mohalla area of Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Reports said that the main building of Dar-ul-Uloom Shah-e-Hamdan was damaged in the fire incident.
They said that locals and firefighters brought the fire under control but couldn’t save the belongings besides Library, Laboratory and other stationery items.
A police official said that the cause of the fire was not known immediately. “We are investigating the case,” he said.
