Renowned author and founder of Bazam-e-Adab Tral, Ghulam Ahmed Wani Haya passed away at SKIMS here in Srinagar. He was 73.
He was distinguished Urdu writer, activist, thinker and cultural personality. His write-ups invariably hinged on various vital religious, social issues and causes.
The deceased who is the grand uncle of senior journalist Khurshid Ahmed Wani has authored two books including the one on Hajj pilgrimage. (CNS)
