A 12-year-old boy on Saturday choked himself to death accidentally while playing with a rope in his house in Chukar area of Pattan in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Reports said that a 12-year-old boy identified as Shahid Ahmed Dar, a resident of Chukar Pattan was found dead with a rope tied around his neck on the rooftop of his house.
Shahid was immediately rushed to the nearby medicinal facility where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Meanwhile, Police have taken the cognizance of the incident and further investigations have been taken up.
