Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Muhammad Yasin Malik on Thursday accused government of state terrorism while condemning the police action of arresting the delegation of front that was moving towards Doda and Kishtwar, where people are protesting against the blasphemy by some miscreants.

“On one hand the hearts and minds of Muslims are being hurt and our historical brotherhood, tolerance and harmony is being targeted and on other hand the areas of Jammu province are being turned into no go areas for us, Yasin said while terming the action as worst kind of violation of democratic norms.
JKLF delegation that was on its way towards Doda has been stopped and leaders were arrested at Asar Doda this evening. The arrested include advocate Bashir Ahmad Butt, Noor Mohamad Kalwal, Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi, Bashir kashmiri, M Sideeq Shah, Ghulam Rasool Hazari, Gh. Mohamad Dar and driver of the JKLF vehicle Ishtiyaq Ahmad.
Yasin alleged government of being unnerved by the popularity of the freedom leaders, “these arrests and blockades indicate that the rulers are afraid of the popularity of freedom leaders and are using military might to stop our democratic exercises, “he said.
