Syed Salahuddin, the UJC Chief in a statement to news agency CNS said that those rendering sacrifices are the well-wishers of this nation. He said it is the responsibility and duty of Kashmir nation to uphold and cherish these sacrifices.

Salahuddin asked people to boycott the upcoming civic polls and show solidarity with the martyrs of Kashmir. “There should be no room for compromise and we will never, ever allow anybody to compromise with the blood of martyrs,” he said.
