At least 32 passengers have sustained injuries in a road accident near Salamabad in Uri town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday.
A government bus bearing registration number Jk01Y 0421 was travelling from Gwalta to Uri and met with an accident at Slamabad Uri resulting in injuries of several passengers. Earlier the number of injured passengers were 26, in which 22 were shifted to SHD Uri and 4, referred to district hospital Baramulla.
An official from the district hospital Baramulla said that they have received total 11 injured passengers in which one has been shifted to SKIMS Soura hospital for the specialised treatment. While other twenty are admitted to Sub-District hospital, Uri.
