SRINAGAR: Scientist “G” post: The Ministry of Science and Technology has notified the recruitment of a Scientist “G” post in the Department of Science and Technology.
For eligibility, candidates must have a Doctorate in Natural or Agricultural Sciences or a Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine with fifteen years of experience in research and development in industrial and academic institutions, science and technology organizations, or scientific activities and services. Out of this experience, seven years should be in administration, planning, development, and cooperation of science and technology programs. Additionally, candidates should have experience in evolving, managing, and directing science and technology programs, along with published research work of high standard.
The maximum age limit for appointment shall not exceed 56 years. The selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from Rs 144,200 to Rs 218,200 per month.

Consultant: The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is inviting applications from retired officials for Consultant positions on a short-term contract basis as per Post Specific Terms of Reference (TOR). The application deadline is February 2, 2024.
Candidates must have retired in pay level-O7, Officers/Officials who have retired from Central/State Governments, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, Government R and D Organizations, and possessing practical knowledge and experience in the field for which they are applying (as per TOR) are eligible.
