According to police spokesman, a scuffle took place between inhabitants of Ganie Mohallah and Sofi Mohallah, Arampora, Sumbal over long pending electric transformer dispute.
The situation took ugly turn when one Bashir Ahmad Ganie, resident of Arampora allegedly fired some aerial shots with his 12-bore rifle.
They also pelted stones on one another. Police has registered a case and have arrested four persons in this regard.
