SRINAGAR: Security forces launched a joint search operation in Sadayali village of Nud block in Samba district following reports of suspicious movement on Wednesday.
The official stated that the operation was initiated after residents reported the presence of an unidentified individual in the area.
In response, the police, Special Operations Group (SOG), and the Army cordoned off the village and conducted a thorough search. Drones were also deployed to assist with aerial surveillance, they said.
However, no suspicious individual or activity was detected during the operation. Authorities have urged residents to remain vigilant and report any unusual movement to ensure the safety of the region. (JKNS)
