SRINAGAR: Former MLA Ganderbal and National Conference leader Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar on Thursday resigned from the post of district president.
Taking to social networking site Twitter, Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar wrote: “I’m resigning from the post of District President @JKNC_ Ganderbal & I will continue to carry forward the mission of Sher-e-Kashmir for which the people of J&K have sacrificed @OmarAbdullah.”
