Naeem Akhtar remained under preventive detention since August 5 last year when the government abrogated Article 370 and bifurcated the erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir State into two Union Territories and detained several leaders including the former chief ministers.
Good to hear u will b out soon. Fondly remember time spent with u discussing a range of topics. And really learnt a lot from u. The camaraderie, the bond amongst the inmates that evolved was I believe a worthwhile takeaway. https://t.co/Rpdwv75c1n
