Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party Wednesday demanded ‘full settlement of West Pakistan Refugees’, according to a party statement. The statement said that a party core group meeting took place in Jammu in which some resolutions were passed.

“The resolution demanded full compensation and respectable rehabilitation of all the refugees of 1947 (Pakistan) from POK, 1965, 1971 with comprehensive settlement according to international law,” the statement said.

The statement alleged that state government gave horrified treatment to the border migrants who were forced out of their homes due to indiscriminate shelling from PaK side along 92 km long international border.
