SRINAGAR: The General Administration Department (GAD) website offers an idea about the 2009 IAS topper Dr Shah Feasal.
Earlier, the site would say, he has resigned and the case is yet to be settled.
Now the site at No 35 says: “Awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department”.
Shah Feasal resigned in early 2019 and floated a political party. In August, he was arrested and after he was set free, he gave up politics. Now he is back in the government.
