Noted personality of Lal Bazar Srinagar, Sheikh Ahmad Saeed passed away Tuesday afternoon in SKIMS, Soura.
A former joint director in department of animal husbandry, Sheikh according to family sources was not keeping well for last many months and was admitted in ICU where he breathed his last.
Survived by wife, three sons and a daughter, Sheikh’s Jinaza will be performed after Asr prayers today.
Deceased is the uncle of Zamir Ahmad Qadri, officer on special duty to finance minister Dr Haseeb A Drabu.
The social areas of the area have condoled the demise.
