The government respects historical decisions taken by the previous governments for the development of the state, this was stated by Deputy Chief Minister, Nirmal Singh and Minister for Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Law and Justice, Abdul Haq Khan on Wednesday in assembly.

The Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for RDD, the spokesman said were replying to the issue raised by the NC lawmaker from Khanyar Ali Mohammad Sagar during Zero hour in the Legislative Assembly, regarding the implementation of Sher-e-Kashmir Employment Policy for Unemployed Youth (SKEPY), in Legislative Assembly.

Khan is quoted to have said that Sher-e-Kashmir Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah was the tallest leader of the state as well as of the Country and appreciated the contribution of Sher-e-Kashmir for working tirelessly for the uplift the society. “We all of us respect the great leader and his contribution and there should be no doubt about that.”
