Srinagar
One person was injured and two others were arrested in Narbal area of Srinagar on Monday after a brief shootout.
An official said that Aqib Ahmad Dhobi son of Ghulam Mohammad Dhobi a resident of Tral, Zahid son of Abdul Rashid Rather resident of Poshwana Awantipora were arrested while as Tariq Ahmad Sheikh son of Ahad Sheikh resident of Dangerpora Pulwama was injured in a brief shootout in Narbal area of Srinagar.
He said that the injured has been shifted to JVC hospital for treatment. The affiliation of the trio is yet to be established. According to a police spokesperson, details are yet emerging. “At this point, we can only confirm the shootout,” the spokesperson said.
