SRINAGAR: A five-year-old boy lost his battle on Tuesday after fighting for his life for the past few days in Srinagar hospital.
An official said that the deceased has been identified as 5-year-old, Imtiyaz Abdullah, son of Mohd Imtiyaz Wani and a resident of Chowgam, Shopian, who passed away on Tuesday, days after being bitten by a dog.
Officials said the deceased had been undergoing treatment at Shri Maharaja Hari Singh (SMHS) Hospital following the dog bite. Despite medical care, he succumbed to his injuries today morning. (KNC)
