SRINAGAR: One more militant was killed in an encounter with the counter-insurgent forces on Saturday in Kanigam village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district taking the death toll of militants to two, an official said.
He said that one more militant was killed in the gunfight in Kanigam area of Shopian.

He added that the identity of slain militants were being ascertained.
Earlier, police had said that one militant was killed and two army men were injured in the encounter.
