Police Monday informed the one man Koul Commission probing the Gagren killings at the hands of CRPF in South Kashmir’s Shopian town that one of their officials has not returned from Chandigarh yet and the police would submit the mobile phone details and FSL report before the Commission within next two to three days.
One-man Commission headed by Retired Justice M.L.Koul told CNS that the Commission Monday recorded the statements of two more CRPF personnel in presence of Civil administration officials. So far the Commission has recorded the statements of three CRPF personnel who claimed to be the witness of the Gagren incident.
Koul further said that SSP Shopian informed the Commission that DySP has not returned from Chandigarh so far and he is trying to get the mobiles and the FSL report from the concerned officer within two or three days.
“We are waiting for the mobiles and the FSL report and the Commission has adjourned its proceedings till April 10 this month,” Koul said.
