A complete shutdown was observed on the fifth consecutive day, today in Pulwama and Shopian districts of south Kashmir against the recent killings in Shopian and Srinagar districts of Kashmir.

All the Shops, business establishments, government and private offices were closed and roads were deserted as public transport was off the roads in twin districts of south Kashmir.

Five civilians were killed on May 6, 2018, who were demonstrating against the death of five militants, including top Hizb commander Saddam Padder, in Badigam village of the south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
