A police statement Friday evening said that situation remained peaceful in the day in Kashmir.
“Situation remained by and large peaceful across the valley with the exception of stray incidents of stone pelting reported from Nowhatta, Gojwara, Malarata and Khwaja Bazar in Srinagar and in Tral town,” the statement said.
“Three civilians and 21 policemen including a SHO sustained minor injuries,” it added.
