SRINAGAR: Government on Wednesday ordered transfer and posting of six officers of the Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs.
As per an order, Ishtiyaq Ahmad Wani, Special Secretary, presently posted in the office of Managing Director, Power Development Corporation, J and K besides holding additional charge of Housing and Urban Development Department and Industries and Commerce Department, has been transferred and posted in the Industries and Commerce Department on full time basis.
Qureshi Tariq Mehmood, Special Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs shall in addition to his own duties, look after the litigation work of the office of Managing Director, Power Development Corporation, J&K, till further orders, said the order.
Further it has been ordered that Pradeep Singh Thakur, Additional Secretary, presently posted in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, has been transferred and posted in the Housing and Urban Development Department vice Paramjeet Singh, Vibhati Sharma, Additional Secretary, presently posted in the Directorate of Geology and Mining Department, J&K, Jammu, holding additional charge of the office of CEO, Metropolitan Regional Development Authority, Jammu, has been transferred and posted in the Directorate of Health Services, Jammu along with the post relieving Masroor Hassan from her additional charge, Shabnum Ayub Guna, Deputy Legal Remembrancer, presently posted in the office of Board of Professional Entrance Examination, J&K, has been transferred and posted in the Directorate of Social Welfare, Kashmir, relieving Syed Muzamil Shafee from his additional charge.
Paramjeet Singh, Assistant Legal Remembrancer, presently posted in the Housing and Urban Development Department, has been transferred and posted in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj vice Pradeep Singh Thakur, and Ishwin Kaur, Assistant Legal Remembrancer/District Litigation Officer, presently posted in the Housing and Urban Development Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu, holding additional charge of the office of Chairman, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, J&K, has been transferred and posted in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, read the order, adding that Kaur, however, will continue to look after the litigation work of the office of Chairman, Real Estate Regulatory Authority till further orders.
