SRINAGAR: SKUAST-K is inviting online applications for admission to various professional degree programmes at the undergraduate level (12 disciplines) and postgraduate level (65 disciplines).
The application deadline is April 30, 2024.
In the undergraduate four-year degree programmes, the available disciplines are Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Sericulture, Food Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Economics & Data Science, and BTech Agricultural Engineering.
For eligibility, candidates must have passed 12th grade.
In the master’s degree programmes, the available disciplines are MVSc, M Tech Food Processing Tech, MSc Agriculture, MFSc, M Sc Forestry, MSc Horticulture, MTech Agri Engineering, and MBA.
Other streams include masters in Other PG Streams in Environmental Science, Sericulture, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, and Statistics.
For eligibility, candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in the related field with an OGPA of not less than 2.80 on a 4.00 scale or 6.00 on a 10.00 scale, or 60% marks in the annual system.
For the UG degree programme, the university entrance test will be held on May 19, 2024.
For the PG degree programme, the university entrance test will be held on May 26, 2024.
