Brother of a slain Hizb militant who had escaped from the police custody from Zainpora SOG Camp has been rearrested by Police on Friday in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
An official said that Suhail Ahmad Wani of Heff Shopian who was apprehended by SOG Zainpora on July 15, 2018, and escaped from their custody on July 25, 2018, has been rearrested by Shopian police.
Wani, who is a brother of slain LeT militant Nasir Ahmad Wani, was arrested in connection with the murder of a man, he said.
