Authorities Monday closed Srinagar-Jammu highway for traffic due to continuous snowfall on the highway at many places.
The traffic police officials said that the highway has been closed for all types of vehicular traffic. The road connecting Batote with Chenab Valley’s Doda region has also been closed.
The reports of snowfall have reached from the Jawahar Tunnel area, Patnitop and Ramban areas.
