SRINAGAR: Two families had a narrow escape in Budgam district’s Khag after thier residential houses were collapsed on Wednesday due to heavy snowfall.
Locals told news agency KDC that residential house of Reyaz Ahmad Sheikh Son of Ab Aziz sheikh and Gh Mohidin Bhat were damaged after heavy snowfall in the area.
Locals said that no loss of life or injury was reported in the incident, as the villagers quickly reached the spot to rescue the family members.
Official’s said that the family who lived in these houses are safe and a team has been sent to the spot and assistance will be provided to the family.
