SRINAGAR: Social Welfare Department is hiring for the post of Chairperson and Members of the Jammu and Kashmir Commission for Protection of Child Rights. One chairperson and six members are required in the department.
Candidates can apply before June 30, 2023. Applicants should be graduated with the following subjects- Education, Child health, care, welfare or child development, Juvenile justice or care of neglected or marginalized children or children with disabilities, Elimination of child labour or children in distress, child psychology or sociology and laws relating to children. An experience of ten years in subjects mentioned in qualification section is required.
The minimum age of the applicants should be 35-years and maximum age for chairperson is 65-years and for members, it is 60-years. The salary will be granted as prescribed by the government under rules. Two seats of members are reserved for women.
Applications should be submitted in the form of prescribed proforma along with all the supporting documents to Social Welfare Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu /Kashmir before 5:30 pm of the last date.
