SRINAGAR: In a significant milestone for healthcare in North Kashmir, the Sub District Hospital (SDH) Sopore on Friday successfully conducted its first-ever CECT Cardiac/Coronary Angiography.
Administrative officials said that the procedure was carried out by the Radiology team headed by Dr. Sadia, with dedicated support from technologists Mudasir Bashir, Incharge Riyaz Ahmad, Pir Samiullah and Rayees Akbar.
They said the achievement marks a major step towards strengthening advanced diagnostic services at the secondary care level, reducing patients’ reliance on tertiary care centres in Srinagar and beyond.
