A complete shutdown is being observed in Shopian district on Thursday against the arrests of two youth during the night.
Reports said that Police have arrested two youth during nocturnal raids, the youth were allegedly arrested due to stone pelting cases.
All the shops and business establishments remained closed in the district while traffic was off from the roads.
