In a significant political development congress high command Thursday re-appointed Prof Saif-ud-Din Soz as the Pradesh Congress President(PCC) for the second consecutive term.
Pradesh congress sources told Kashmir Life that All India Congress Committee (AICC) was supposed to issue orders in this regard very early but finally it issued it on Thursday.
Hailing from Baramulla, Soz is heading the PCC since more than four years.
