Sri Lankan MP arrived in Kashmir to interact with Rugby players, coaches



Sri Lankan Member Parliament and the son of country’s former President, Namal Rajpaksa arrived in Kashmir capital Srinagar to join the visiting delegation of Sri Lankan Rugby Coaches training the Jammu Kashmir Rugby Team.

He interacted with the coaches and players in the summer capital.

The workshop was organized by Jammu Kashmir Sports Council.

“Good to have @RajapaksaNamal join a delegation of Sri Lankan coaches in Srinagar to train the J&K Rugby team. His commitment to sport & working with youth is commendable. @JKSportsCouncil,” Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti tweeted on the arrival of Namal Rajpaksa. (CNS)
