All train runs have been suspended on Tuesday for security reasons in southern Kashmir, where three Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) militants, including a Divisional Commander, were killed and another was captured alive in an injured condition in Kulgam.
However, trains will chug in Northern Kashmir as per schedule, a senior railway official said.
He said all train runs from Badgam-Srinagar in central Kashmir to Banihal in Jammu region through Pulwama, Islamabad and Qazigund in southern Kashmir will remain suspended today for security reasons.
