SRINAGAR: Traffic department authorities on Monday said that no vehicular movement shall be allowed on Jammu-Srinagar NHW from Jammu towards Srinagar and vice-versa on Tuesday in view of snow accumulation around the Jawahar Tunnel and inclement weather prediction issued by MeT department in J&K for next few days.
According to the advisory of the traffic department, Mughal road is blocked due to snow accumulation.

It said that Srinagar-Leh highway is closed by the J&K Government vide Divisional Commissioner Kashmir’s order No. 400/2020 dated 30-12-2020 till further orders.
People have been advised not to travel on the highway without confirming the status of the road from phone numbers Jammu (0191-2459048, 9419147732), Srinagar (0194-2450022, 2485396,18001807091), Ramban (9419993745) and Udhampur(8491928625).
