After reopening of offices in winter capital, state cabinet will meet on Wednesday

The main issues expected to be raised in the meeting are issues relating to LPG crisis, demands of state employees, security of Panchs and Sarpanchs and to review the stock and supplies to Kashmir ahead of winter.
