SRINAGAR: The State Health Agency (SHA) has de-empanelled Shifa Medical Centre in Srinagar from the Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY and AB PM-JAY SEHAT schemes following the expiry of its contract, rendering the hospital ineligible to provide cashless treatment under the scheme.
According to an official communication, patients covered under the scheme have been advised to seek treatment at other empanelled government and private hospitals. The public can verify the list of empanelled hospitals on the official website.
The SHA has urged beneficiaries to report any denial of treatment at empanelled hospitals by calling the toll-free helpline 104. Additionally, for further assistance, the public has been advised to contact the State Health Agency, Jammu and Kashmir.
