Srinagar: Scores of students of Mehjoor Memorial school and Government Degree College Pulwama on Monday staged a protest outside the police station Pulwama to demand the release of their colleagues.

Reports said that the students of MMS staged a protest inside the institution to demand the release of around six students detained during last week’s clashes.
They warned that they would boycott the classes till the release of the detained students.
The students, later, marched to Pulwama Degree College where they staged a protest in which pro-freedom slogans were raised.
The students also jointly staged a dharna outside the police station.
