The 2-week long “Swachta Hi Sewa” campaign concluded at Uri on Monday.
A rally was taken out from officers club to bus stand which was attended by SDM Uri Dr D Sagar and huge locals.
The programme was organised by Sub-Divisional Administration in collaboration with Municipal Council Uri, Rural Development Department, Education Department, PHE Department, ITI Lagama Uri, Degree college Uri, Higher Secondary’s Uri and Bonyar, and Department of Physical Education.
SDM Uri Dr D Sagar, was the chief guest of the function.
On the occasion, the SDM highlighted the achievements of the campaign and said that this tempo of working towards cleanliness and sanitation will continue with same energy.
