Taking the total number of affected persons due to H1N1 flu in Kashmir to 48, the officials at SKIMS said the death toll is eight.
Giving details in a morning bulletin, SKIMS PRO said a total of 48 cases have been reported among which 8 persons died due to acute infection.
The official added that 26 patients have already been discharged while 14 patients suffering from the flu are being treated at SKIMS Srinagar.
The update of the cases is of Sunday, November 26 at 9 am.
