SRINAGAR: The High Court of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh has transferred Principal District and Sessions Judge, Anantnag, Tahir Khursid Raina, and posted him as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jammu, against a vacant post.
The transfer was ordered by the High Court through an order issued by its Registrar General.
Following Raina’s transfer, the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Anantnag, has been directed to hold the additional charge of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Anantnag, until a regular appointment is made.
The arrangement will remain in force until the High Court makes a fresh appointment to the post.
