Tata Motors Friday lauded Jamkash Trucking Private Limited, Jammu for putting in place state-of-art facilities like computerized wheel alignment for medium and heavy vehicles at Vijaypur in Jammu, for which the owners and operators used to go to Jalandhar or Ludhiana in neighbouring state of Punjab. The facility is first of its kind in Jammu and Kashmir.
“The observations were made by a high level team of Tata Motors, led by its Global Head, Customer Care, Sanjeev Garg, which visited the newly opened Tata Motors Dealership at Vijaypur,” a company statement said this evening.
Jamkash Trucking Private Limited is a unit of the Vehicleades Groups who are known for their quality service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Garg accompanied by Gagandeep Choudhary, Regional Manager; Customer Care, said the facilities will go a long way in meeting requirements of the owners and operators and will prove “as boon to the transport industry”.
The Global Head, Customer Care also inaugurated the Express Bay for small Commercial Vehicles, which has been designed to give quick service within 90 minutes to small commercial vehicles to minimize downtime.
Sanjeev Garg and Gagandeep Choudhary appreciated that separate facilities created by Jamkash Trucking Private Limited for medium and heavy commercial vehicles besides small commercial vehicles to maximize customer satisfaction.
The inaugural function was marked by plantation of a sapling in the dealership premises by the Global Head Customer Care, signifying and reiterating commitment of Jamkash Trucking Private Limited for maintaining environment and ecology as its corporate responsibility.
