A teenage boy was injured after unknown persons attacked him with a sharp-edged object in Nowgam area of Srinagar on Friday late evening.
An official said that about 9:00 unknown persons attacked a teenager identified as Sami Fayaz (18), son of Fayaz Ahmed, a resident of Gangipora Nowgam at Pehroo Srinagar with some sharp-edged object.
In the incident, Sami suffered injuries and with the help of locals, the teenager was later shifted to SMHS hospital for the treatment.
Commenting on it, a police officer said that the incident is being investigated. (GNS)
