SRINAGAR: The dead body of a teenage girl was found under mysterious circumstances in the Budhal area of Rajouri district on Friday.
Officials said that today a body was found in mysterious conditions by a passer-by near Haya Bridge. Police were immediately informed and rushed to the spot, taking the body into their possession for medico-legal formalities.
The deceased has been identified as Sonia Akhtar, daughter of Abdul Gafoor, resident of Kewal Upper.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and an investigation has been taken up. (GNS)
