Srinagar

Terming the policy of denying the mortal remains to their parents and other kith and kins, a brazen violation of religious and human rights, chairman Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Jammu Kashmir (TeH) Mohammad Ashraf Sehraie while addressing a condolence meeting at Rambagh Barzulla Srinagar expressed his deep condolences with Ghulam Mohammad Bhat and the bereaved family.

The spokesman in a statement said that the grieved family of Mudasir Ahmad is anxiously waiting to receive his dead body for the last glimpse.

Speaking on the occasion, Senior Resistance Leader highlighted the role of the young generation and their precious sacrifices for the sacred cause of freedom movement. Chairman condemned the “repressive” policy of government forces to stop the burial of the mortal remains according to the religious rituals and to deny the last glimpses of their beloved sons.

Hurriyat leader while reiterating the pledge to take the ongoing freedom movement to its logical conclusion said that it is the best way to pay tributes to them if we try our best to fulfill our commitments to take this sacred movement to its logical conclusion. Other leaders of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat including Mohammad Ashraf Laya, Syed Zahoor-ul-Haq Geelani, Jamsheed Ahmad Khan, Zahoor Ahmad Beigh and others were also present on the occasion.
