SRINAGAR: A Territorial Army soldier was found dead in a remote Shopian village and police are the in the process of collecting the body, reports reaching from Shopian said.
The soldier has been identified as Irfan Ahmad, a resident of Saazan village. His body was traced in teh Wuthmulla village which is located in Shopian, near Keegam.
Police said they have received the information of the recovery and they are in the process of collecting it. It was not immediately known if the body bore any bullet mark. Police said after the body is recovered they will register a case and start the investigations.
No other detail is immediately known.
